AI document processing: invoices, contracts and CVs
We automatically extract data from invoices, delivery notes, contracts and CVs, validate it and send it to your ERP, CRM or accounting software.
Less typing, fewer errors
Supplier invoices, delivery notes, contracts, CVs: every day documents arrive whose data someone has to read and copy into another system. It's slow, repetitive work, and a single number copied incorrectly ends up as a discrepancy in the accounts or an incorrect payment.
With AI, those documents are processed automatically even when they come in different formats: the fields you need are extracted, checked against validation rules and recorded in your tools. Human review can be reserved for whatever the system flags as uncertain.
We combine this with traditional automation for the parts that always follow the same rules, such as filing the document or notifying the person in charge, because it is more stable and cheaper to maintain.
Which documents we process

Supplier, tax ID, dates, taxable amount, VAT and total, ready for accounting or the ERP.
Delivery notes
References, quantities and delivery dates to reconcile them with orders and invoices.
Contracts
Parties, amounts, dates, relevant clauses and expiration dates, with automatic alerts.
CVs
Contact details, education and experience, structured for entry into your recruitment tool.
Documents received by email
Attachments are detected and processed automatically as soon as they arrive.
Entry into your systems
Integration with ERP, CRM, accounting or document management systems, with no double entry.
How it works
Receipt
The document arrives by email, in a shared folder or from the scanner.
AI extraction
The system identifies the document type and extracts the defined fields.
Validation
Checks such as totals, formats or duplicates are applied, and uncertain cases are flagged for review.
Recording
The data is sent to your ERP, CRM or accounting software and the document is filed.
Continuous improvement
We analyze errors and exceptions to fine-tune the extraction.
CVs and the EU AI Act
Extracting data from a CV to record it is an administrative task. Using AI to analyze and filter applications or evaluate candidates is something else: Annex III of the EU AI Act lists these recruitment systems as high-risk, with obligations that apply from 2 December 2027 following Regulation (EU) 2026/1744. Keep this in mind when defining the scope.
Before you start, it helps to have
- A sample of real documents of each type.
- The fields you need to extract and the system they should end up in.
- The validation rules your team already applies.
- A person responsible for reviewing exceptions.

Your questions, answered
Does it work with scanned documents or different formats?
Yes. AI makes it possible to extract data from documents in varied formats, not just fixed templates. Scan quality affects the result, which is why uncertain cases are flagged for review.
Which systems is the data sent to?
To the ones you already use: ERP, CRM, accounting, email or document management system. We connect the tools in automated workflows to eliminate double data entry.
What if the AI extracts a piece of data incorrectly?
That's what validation rules are for, such as checking that amounts add up or detecting duplicates, along with human review of exceptions. Any errors detected are analyzed to fine-tune the extraction.
Can I use it to screen candidates?
We can automate data extraction from CVs. If you also want AI to filter or evaluate candidates, bear in mind that the EU AI Act classifies that use as high-risk, with obligations applying from 2 December 2027, and that the decision must stay in human hands.
Which document should we start with?
The one with the highest volume and the clearest rules, often invoices or delivery notes. That makes it easy to measure how much time was spent before and after.
